Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes. You test free for 7 days with a payment method on file. You are only charged after the trial and can cancel at any time before.
When do package changes take effect?
Added modules take effect immediately; only the prorated amount until the end of the period is charged (nothing during the trial). Removed modules take effect from the next period, without refund. You can cancel any time to the end of the current period.
Can I export my data? What about the revFADP?
Yes. Under Data protection you can download all club data at any time, even after the subscription ends. Data is then kept for 90 days (reactivation possible) and permanently deleted afterwards. Member lists are also available as CSV/XLSX.
How does billing with Bexio work?
In the Finance module you connect your Bexio account using our guide. Fee runs are then sent to Bexio as invoices, which you send as usual.
Do I need my own domain?
Your own domain is included in the Website module. Connect it before publishing; SSL is set up automatically after the connection is confirmed.
How is yearly billing calculated?
You pay 12 monthly amounts in advance, with no yearly discount. Full Hive keeps its 15% discount on monthly and yearly billing. During the launch period new clubs get 30% off the first 12 months instead – discounts do not stack, the lower price applies, rounded down to whole francs. The only free period is the 7-day trial.
