Start & setup
How long can I try Buzzo?
7 days free. A payment card is required to start; cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
How do I set up our club?
After sign-up the setup guides you through template, logo, club colours, button style and languages. Everything can be changed later under “Website”.
How do board members join?
Board members create their own account, then you approve them under “Team” with the right role (Admin, Finance, Support, Coach, Website).
Members
Can I import existing members?
Yes, via CSV or XLSX. Teams and membership types are mapped; missing teams are created automatically.
How do I lock a member?
In the member list you can lock a member with a reason and unlock them later.
How do membership applications work?
People fill in the form on your website. You review the application under “Registrations” and accept it as a member.
Finance
Which finance features are there?
Dues runs, budget, expenses with receipts, association invoices with file upload and the Bexio connection for invoices – all in the Finance module.
Who sees the finances?
Admins and the Finance role. Support and Coach roles see no numbers.
Can I upload association invoices?
Yes, as PDF, JPEG or PNG (up to 20 MB, several files per invoice). Files stay private and open via short-lived links.
Website
When is our website public?
Only after the first publish. Until then the address shows an “under construction” page; drafts are shared through a private preview link.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes, it is included in the Website module. Enter it under Website → Settings → Domains: Buzzo shows you the exact DNS records to create at your domain provider. Then click “Check now” – as soon as the records are visible, the https certificate is issued automatically and your website is online. The address without www redirects to www automatically.
Can the website be multilingual?
With the “Multilingual website” add-on you manage content in up to three languages (DE, FR, IT).
Subscription & invoices
How does billing work?
By card via Stripe, monthly or yearly in advance. Yearly is 12 monthly amounts with no yearly discount. All amounts in whole francs.
Are there discounts?
Full Hive (all modules + website) costs 15% less. During the launch period new clubs get 30% off the first 12 months. Discounts do not stack – the lower price applies.
What happens when I change or cancel?
Added modules apply immediately (prorated), reductions from the next period. You can cancel any time to the end of the period, without refunds.
Privacy
Who can see our club data?
Only your team with the roles you approved. Every club is strictly separated from the others.
What happens to the data after cancelling?
It is kept for 90 days so you can reactivate or export, then deleted.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes, the DPA (AVV) is part of sign-up and always available at /avv. Sensitive form fields are optional and off by default.
